Dear Mayor Huber and Councilman Rosenbaum:
Attached is a letter send to the Santa Clara Valley Water District requesting that the decision of the "Matadero Creek Interim Fix" be conducted at a meeting held in Palo Alto to facilitate attendance by the many residents who will be affected.
The Barron Park Association Board of Directors hopes that the City will make a similar request to the SCVWS, and that Councilman Rosenbaum, in his role as a member of the Northwest Flood District Advisory Panel, would express his support for this action.
At the Wednesday (15 October) public meeting, there was a significant sequence of comments by residents advocating this action: longer, more intense and more spirited than the similar question at the Thursday meeting that you attended.
